I’m currently developing a long-term photography project about the Princes’ Islands. I’m interested in the people, traditions, everyday life, and the relationship between the islands and those who live in or visit them.

I’m interested in the moment when we stop seeing someone as a person and begin to see them through the function we expect them to perform.
In this project, I photograph people while talking with them about experiences in which they felt reduced to an object or a function. Together, we transform these experiences into staged photographs.
